FAROUT is the most distant planet in the solar system discovered to date. Literally, "far away, unconventional, unaccustomed."

At FAROUT, new models of co-habitation, co-creation, co-existence are being designed between artists, nature, city and community.

A great collective experience, starting with the transformation of the former industrial spaces of BASE into stages and paths where to investigate the relationships between artists and public, between bodies and space.

This year, the festival promotes new forms of coexistence and new perspectives, including through space and time. The key word is indisciplinarity: the promise of overcoming categories and dichotomies, increasingly integrating scene, body, text and music, ranging as far as languages connected to new technologies.
