In this interactive installation, solar panels transform into a harmonious ensemble, powered by self-generated energy. The composition by Strijbos & Van Rijswijk resonates where choral voices and strings converge. Wander among the panels, take a seat, and admire the individual singing voices.
The weather plays a crucial role in this installation. While the sun brings it to life, dark clouds reduce the sound to a whispering silence.
This Expedition can be visited daily from June 8th, between 11:00 and 17:00.
This Expedition was previously scheduled in Oosterend, but was moved due to the presence of a colony of shore swallows to Midsland, Duinkuil Zuid.
