The European platform for artistic creation in public space, IN SITU, opens doors to the general public during its Open Day in Pelt on 18 April.
IN SITU is pleased to welcome all art and public space lovers to its Open Day, for an afternoon dedicated to artistic explorations.
As IN SITU is slowly heading to the closure of its 4-year-project (UN)COMMON SPACES 2020-2024, the partners, artists and citizens involved will gather one last time for a final Artistic Laboratory, and the project’s first public gathering.
This afternoon will start with a wrap-up of the project: the goals, processes and results of this large-scale European cooperation project, followed by artistic explorations by 15 Associate Artists. The event will end with a dinner shared between artists, programmers and public.
This meeting will also be the occasion to continue celebrating the 20th anniversary of the IN SITU network, with exclusive archives, digital content, and more!
An uncommon journey to encounter and celebrate European artistic diversity in the field of art in public space.
