David Kaspar's main interest is how culture affects a daily life in a city. 

Believing that culture is a very local issue and that it deserves support to tighten up the connection between the place and the people, who live there, Kaspar thinks that then, a life in a city can be better. 

As a deputy mayor of Prague 10 District, David Kaspar's agenda is on culture and education, as he is convinced these are powerful resorts.
