Founded in 2017, the StArt festival is held in the atypical area of Sinan Mansion, in the heart of Shanghai.
Every year, the Franco-Chinese teams ArtBirds and Ulon work together to offer an international and diverse programme spread over a three-days period. Passers-by will encounter street performances in which forms and styles get mixed up: contemporary circus, theatre, dance, concerts, puppet shows etc.
