The autumn part of the festival, focused mainly on the presentation of premieres of dance and theater ensembles and projects !
On October 6, the international festival of contemporary art, 4+4 Days in Motion, will enter the 28th autumn edition, culminating on October 14. Nine days of the festival will see seven traditional and non-traditional venues in Prague, offering seven Czech premieres and projects, as well as seven international shows.
"After the spring visual arts edition of our festival comes the autumn performance edition. After 28 years of the festival, we decided to experiment and split our 4+4 days into two seasons. The fall program continues the original idea of the festival to bring in international artists and art groups that will provoke and inspire not only our kindred festival community with their genre diversity and originality. At the same time, we remain faithful to our initiative to support Czech artists by supporting and presenting their premieres in the festival programme, and by presenting unique and non-recurring site-specific projects and happenings created specifically for our festival", says Pavel Štorek, co-founder of the festival, dramaturg and curator of the theatre section.
