Cosmic Care is a burlesque psycho-magical wandering show for groups of 30 to 50 people. Cynthia and Andrei are the ‘smuglers” who take the group into ‘the zone’.  Guided by these two acolytes, the group plunges into a role-play, a ceremony, or a treatment.  Before each expedition, the “smugglers” invite the participants to look within themselves for what they need to “repair”.  The Zone is a magical place where you can synchronise your deepest nature with that of the worlds around you. It’s a place where everyone can transform themselves. To get there, the audience will pass through several symbolic, emotional, and phantasmagorical portals… As they pass through the portals, Cynthia and Andrei are transformed, and through them the polyphony of a shared experience is expressed, that of our relationship with failure. Somewhere between street theatre, experiential performance and personal development therapy, Cosmic Care is an autopsy of our society’s relationship with the notion of ‘care’. And, given the current state of the world, we’ll be laughing about it.
